Contacted Chris on a couple of occasions, once at the weekend and once during the week. On both occasions he kept us informed on when he would arrive the same day, and he was very quick to sort the problem — his bill was very reasonable, especially for the weekend call-out. The last breakdown, he was helpful to the extent of recommending a claim under the product guarantee, which saved us a few hundred pounds. Cannot recommend him highly enough, and great to have a firm put its customers' interests first. He now looks after my house and business premises.
